Carter Dorsch has already accomplished outstanding achievements since beginning his real estate career in 2021. In the year 2023 alone, he sold over $23,000,000 of real estate and was the top-producing agent in Mexico Beach. In addition to being the top-producing agent, he was also the #1 condo agent in both 2022 and 2023. Although much of his success does come in the Mexico Beach area, he has experience selling property from St. George Island and up the panhandle to Panama City Beach.  Originally from Tallahassee, Florida, Carter frequently visited the Forgotten Coast, starting out in Lanark Village and eventually shifting westward to the St. Jospeh Beach/Mexico Beach area. With his mother’s side of the family scattered throughout the South Georgia area and his father’s side of the family all throughout the Southeast, he has connections in the areas where many Forgotten Coast property owners reside. Carter’s family made the permanent transition to the area in January 2018 when his parents saw an opportunity and opened a vacation rental management company. From the start, he helped out with the company, gaining knowledge and insight into the vacation rental industry. Between his experience working at the vacation rental management company, his time working with a general contractor, and his involvement with his brother in flipping homes, he has gained knowledge of the market that is second to none. Spending much of his free time outdoors, Carter enjoys fishing, golfing, and working out. He is honest, humble, and highly motivated, but above all, he is an avid man of Faith.
