Jeff Mayle is originally from Massillon/Canton area of Ohio. Jeff had his introduction to the Port St Joe and surrounding areas shortly after being discharged from the Marine Corps. He came to visit a friend and two years later, is still here. He fell in love with the people, the beauty and the opportunity this area has to offer.
Jeff has always had an entrepreneurial spirit, but he first got the real estate bug while purchasing his first investment property back in 1995, here in Gulf County. He knew then what he wanted to do for a career, but first he attended Florida State University. Jeff eventually became a licensed realtor in 2001, where he worked with McCall Marketing GMAC real estate in South Florida from 2001-2005. He has bought, sold and marketed property for the last 16 years from North East Ohio to South Florida and every where in between.
Jeff came back to the area that he loves more than any other and where he originally got his start in real estate. He built his dream home on the beach in 2010 and now has moved to Gulf County full time to enjoy the beach, fishing, boating, scuba diving and last but not least working with 98 Real Estate Group.
