Zach served as the broker for Port St. Joe Realty from 2007-2010 during which time he brokered over $55,000,000 in transactions and helped the company finish #1 in sales volume for the combined area of Gulf County and Mexico Beach in 2009. Zach began vacationing to the area when he was a small child in the '80s. Both of his parents were teachers in Bainbridge, Georgia. Zach spent the summers with his dad fishing, scuba diving, and having a great time in Mexico Beach. After graduating college with a degree in marketing, Zach moved to Mexico Beach in 2004 and hit the ground running. Besides working, he loves fishing and many other outdoor activities that the area has to offer. Grouper, Red Snapper, Wahoo, Tuna, Trout, Redfish, Flounder, Cobia, Pompano, and many other types of fish often have Zach trying to catch them or spear them while scuba diving. He also enjoys duck hunting, kayaking, tennis, jogging (maybe not), golf, and getting to know other people that enjoy coming to this place that he loves and calls home.
